Terms & Policies

massage session POLICIES:

Prior to each massage session, the therapists will enquire about your health concerns and wellness goals. Your treatment plan will then be discussed with you. At your first visit with us you will receive a copy of the massage therapy policies and will be asked to sign the consent stating that you have read the information, understand it, and agree to comply with the professional massage therapy policies and procedures. Clients who we have not seen for at least a year will also be asked to fill out this form.

responsibility of payment:

You will be charged the cost of service prior to your booked date of massage or at the time of massage. You agree to pay to Nourishing Sol Massage all fees, whether or not you dispute the amount of the charge or the quality or nature of the services provided.

Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel a massage. This gives us enough time to fill the slot with someone from the waiting list. If a client fails to cancel within 24 hours the client will be charged for 50% of the session's cost.

late arrivals:

If the therapist shows up at the correct time and location that was booked in advance, but the client is over 15 minutes late, the session may have to be rescheduled because of possible appointments booked afterwards. This will be considered a "canceled" appointment and the client will be charged 50% of the session's cost. In special cases, and when our schedule will allow, we may be able to accommodate a partial or full appointment. This will be at our discretion and only with proper, advanced notification of your late arrival. "No shows" will be charged 100% of the session's cost.
